I loved meeting Charlotte & Matt, we had our 1st meeting during the Grand National in the Local Pub. I remember we all paused to watch the race and then got back to the details. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing their journey to becoming parents since.

Congratulations you two! What a lovely family x

The wedding was beautifully captured by James Green an incredible Wiltshire photographer. His images evoke long dusky summer days and that's exactly what Charlotte & Matt got. Charlotte is a production coordinator in TV & Film and Matt works in Advertising so they both had a clear vision of what they wanted their wedding to look like. We talked a lot about a fresh country vintage look with elements of their love for literature, and 20s fashions. They were clear they wanted festoons in the ceiling in the main barn, and we hung white paper lampshades at different heights. Matt borrowed a giant material moose head that went in the chill-out area hung as a focal point in the milking barn in here we also used rugs, leather sofas, and other furniture and props from Virginias Vintage Hire to soften and create a cozy warm area for guests to grab a drink and relax.  Outside we used a Capri marquee from DP Marquees for afternoon shade during their drinks reception and evening shelter as the night grew colder and dressed it with straw bales, blankets, fire pits, and sparklers. The Wedding didn't stop the hardcore football fans and was timed perfectly so they could watch half an Arsenal match in the Fishermans lodge. One entire wall in the main barn behind the top table was adorned with giant silver helium balloons reading Mr & Mrs. Carter.  Guests partied hard into the night from tunes supplied by friends who DJ.  A fab wedding to have styled and been apart of, I wish them both huge love for the future x.
